Effect of alcoholic Extracts of Rosmarinus officinalis and Propolis on inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae biofilm isolate from urinary tract infection

The present study aimed to investigate the formation of biofilm in Klebsiella pneumonia and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from UTI patients effect natural substances (Rosmarinus officinalis Propolis) inhibiting biofilm. A total 440 urine samples were collected with urinary tract infection, those who recumbent referred Al- Ramadi Teaching Hospital, Al-Ramadi Hospital for women children, Al-Yarmouk educational laboratories medicine city both sexes, during period 5 July, 2017 10 October, 2017. Specimens diagnosed by cultured them on selective media as well biochemical tests. Also, diagnosis was confirmed using VITEK-2 compact system. Results showed many different bacterial isolates ratio S.aureus isolating (52)%13.1 , K.pneumonia (68)%17.1.
